Return Policy

You can return items within 14 days of the ship date unless otherwise stated. Returned item(s) must be in new condition. To request a return, please contact us at sales@rawhidedirect.com for an RMA#. You may use any carrier you like to return the item to us. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Additionally, please send us the appropriate tracking information so we are able to verify that the item has been delivered. Credit will be issued upon arrival of the item(s).
